It is specially designed for researching new material in the field of textile, macromolecule and other material. It consists of pressure vessel, metering pump, gooseneck, spinneret, coagulating bath, conveying rollers, air-heating device, conveying, washing bath, slow drawing rolls and thermal-setting device, fast drawing rolls and winding device.

★ Pressure vessel for holding pre-mixed polymere/solvent mixture with manual lifting platform to move it with dosing pump, gooseneck and spinneret up or down together;
★ Cover of pressure vessel with a connection for inert gas feed and a safety pressure valve;
★ A mixture circulation driven stirrer for pressure vessel is optional;
★ 316L stainless steel gooseneck and coagulating bath;
★ Coagulating bath with two filament pressing rollers and optional heating system;
★ Optional heating system for coagulating bath;
★ Heating slot adopts non-touch air heating;
★ One winding position take-up winder;
★ A potentiometer to adjust starting winding speed and tension controller;
★ Adjustable yarn spacing by travers motion speed;
